Intro and Executive Summary
This is the beginning section of the report, which comprises of an introduction to the report, an overview of the property and the Executive Summary, including the section entitled 'The Good, the Bad and the Ugly'.
External Section
This is the next more detailed part of the report starting with the External, where we cover any of the outside areas of the actual building.
Internal Section
The detailed section continues with the Internal, which, as it states, covers all the inside features of the property, including the services such as gas and electricity, etc.
Outside Areas
The final part of the detailed section covers the outside areas, such as gardens and garages, etc.
