This software has been built by, and is exclusive to, us at 1stassociated.  We are a rapidly expanding, national network of independant Chartered Surveyors and Engineers and have, since 1999, been researching and building this software aimed at making surveying easier. 

After years of spending time writing up reports; time which would have been better spent doing surveys, we decided enough was enough.  We knew there had to be a better way and so the research began.

As surveyors we thought we knew what the customer wanted - we were wrong!  We sent out questionnaires to customers to find out what they wanted from a survey - what we thought they needed was not what they wanted, so we built a report around the questionnaire's findings.  Then, at 2/3 year intervals, we resent out the questionnaires and our new report to see if we were on the right track and made further changes on their feedback.  We now feel we know what is required.  

Once we could meet the customer's need it was time to look at the surveyor.  The main thing we can do for you as a surveyor is to cut down your paperwork and increase your income.  Too much of a surveyor's time is spent typing up reports - no more.  With this software your reports are literally produced in seconds, thus freeing up your time to spend doing more surveys and earning more money.

Originally from the result of the questionnaire a paperbased report was produced, but when we looked in to the Surveyor's side of things we moved on to a database produced, survey software.
